다루다. deal with~, handle

A: Hey, can you watch my dog for a little while? I have to go back to the office and deal with something. It won't take long
B: Yeah, sure. Whatever you need.
A: Are you going to be Okay? Have you been with a dog before?
B: Dude, it is just a dog. I thing I can handle it.

※deal with

deal with someone, deal with something :

1. 해결을 한다. 책에서 대상에 다루겠다. 거래하다. 치료하는 과정
2. 상황속에서 방해가 되는 요소를 해결하거나 없애야 하는 것을 다루다.
3. 뭘 좀 해야돼 하는 상황을 표현 할때 사용
4. 어떤 상황을 다른 방향으로 고치거나 변경 할때
5. 병을 가지고 있는 환자 또는 내가 가진 병에 대해서 이겨내고 치료해 가는 과정에 있을때 사용한다.

I usually deal with patients with depression. ....... deal with a very tough customer.

• handle someone -> 일방적인 관점에서 다룰 때 사용하기 때문에 사용시 유의해야 한다.
